If you're still living in the home, we're also flexible in incorporating your existing pieces to seamlessly blend with our design. Our goal is to ensure your home looks its absolute best, making it irresistible to potential buyers.

We've established strong partnerships with a trusted network of tradesmen, enabling us to offer a comprehensive range of services, including flooring installation, painting, move-out cleaning, general maintenance, HVAC, electrical work, plumbing, and more.

Cost & Pay at Closing
Our services typically represent about 1% of your home's listing price. Plus a setup & Teardown fee. Due to our extensive inventory, we can stage up to 15 homes at a time, allowing us to maintain the highest standards. However, this also means we are selective in the projects we accept. Turnaround time is about a week.
Inquire about our 'Pay at Closing' option, designed to make professional staging accessible to homeowners who might otherwise find it out of reach. Your listing agent can provide details on how this service can benefit you.

We get it! It's not always possible to move out before you list your home.
As a solution, we also do "Mini Staging" packages on occupied homes.
We help the homeowner with a list of actionable items to get their home "Photo Ready." Mini-Staging Packages are $1500. This includes the on-site consultation, action plan, set up, and removal within 30 days after installation.
Photography can make or break a listing. We also offer affordable photography options to help you achieve that WOW factor! Mini Staging includes the photography for homes under 3k sq ft.
