What to expect when you apply:
Step 1: Click Apply Now & submit your loan application
Step 2: Once you have applied let your REALTOR®️ know
Step 3: Gather needed documents to provide to the Loan Officer once you receive the secure link
Step 4: Upload your last 2 bank statements, ID, Last two paycheck stubs, and Last Two years taxes to the secure link
Step 5: Loan Officer will schedule a call to discuss your options, monthly payment, down payment, and money needed to purchase or a plan
Step 6: Forward your approval letter to your REALTOR®️ and start looking for your new home!
